To maximize the strategic planning process, Delphi Bio spends time onsite at each client's firm. From speaking with R&D, Marketing, and Sales, Delphi Bio is able to begin drafting a framework that takes into account the market in which the client currently competes, as well as possible new areas of expansion. Delphi Bio will then assess the various applications (as well as suggest novel applications) within those markets and, based on the client's technology, will field test those assumptions across well established metrics. Through this process, Delphi Bio will also begin to add potential customers (with well defined projects) to our client's sales pipeline for the applications under investigation.
